No Charge or obligation home site visit with proposal

Basic Staging Consultation – a two hour room-by-room consult giving recommendations on how to Stage your home/listing.

Advanced Staging Consultation – An extensive review of the property with notes and pictures then returning with an outlined report of recommendations for changes and resources to make necessary upgrades such as painting, flooring, fixtures, appliances etc.

Full Staging Service – A complimentary review of entire property with a bid to Stage your home/listing utilizing existing furniture and/or furniture/accessory rental. This investment can vary depending on occupied or vacant homes and aesthetics needed to present home on top selling shape.
